These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of our website [www.krisztinaiszak.com], coaching services, digital products, and any other services we provide offline or online (collectively, the "Services"). By using our website and ordering any of our Services, you (“Customer”) agree to comply with these Terms.

We provide coaching services, digital products, blog content, and newsletters to support personal development. Our services are for informational and educational purposes only and do not replace professional advice (e.g., medical, legal, financial, or psychological).

2. Booking & Payments

2.1. Coaching Services

​

  • All coaching sessions must be booked and paid for in advance.

  • Payment confirms your session and is required before the scheduled appointment.

  • Sessions take place online via Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp video or FaceTime. Occasionally, sessions are carried out on the phone — always subject to prior written agreement with the Customer.

 

2.2. Digital Products

​

  • Purchases of downloadable digital products are final and non-refundable due to the nature of instant access.

  • The Customer receives a personal, non-transferable licence to use purchased materials for personal use only.

  • Redistributing or reselling of any of these products is strictly prohibited.

 

2.3. Pricing & Payment Methods

​

  • Prices are listed in EURO and may be updated at any time.

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe or bank transfer.

  • The Customer is responsible for any transaction fees charged by their payment provider.

 

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

​

  • Coaching sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session (or in case of no-shows) the full session fee will be charged.

  • Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session will be treated as cancellation.

4. Refund Policy

  • Coaching Services: Refunds are not provided for completed sessions. If the Customer cancels within the required timeframe (24+ hours in advance), they may be eligible for a refund or a reschedule.

  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital content, purchases are non-refundable.

5. User Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to

  • We do not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of our Website or Services.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for our services.
